Tatiana Cutts

cutts-tatiana-webTatiana is a Lecturer in Law at the University of Birmingham and a D.Phil candidate at the University of Oxford. Her interest in Bitcoin stemmed from prior research into private law aspects of money and tracing, which made manifest the extent to which physical money metaphors have created a division between economic reality and legal discourse.

Professor Joanna Gray

Joanna is a Professor of Law at the University of Birmingham. She has many years’ experience of lecturing, publishing and consulting in the broad areas of financial markets law and corporate finance law. Joanna has participated in high level policy seminars as an academic expert with the Bank of England, European Central Bank, the UK Financial Services Authority and the Australian Prudential Regulatory Authority.
